Bullyboy is a community and crew first. Then we are a brand.

Raw, unfiltered and real. We show the underground culture in an honest way that these trend chasing, profit hungry, bootlicking corporate brands could never do.

We use Anarchy for positive change. We broke out the corporate box to build a real community that believes in Bullyboy.

THE ORIGIN

In late 2020, 👹, the owner was online shopping for a skateboard setup and couldn't find any nice graphic grip tapes for his board. All the graphic grips were cringe and PG. So he decided to make 100 custom grips with actually cool designs and sold them to local skate shops.

NAME AND LAUNCH

The name "BULLYBOY" means 'aggressive man'. The name works well for our brand because the grip tapes are rough to the touch but the double "B" sound in the word BULLYBOY makes the name feel more friendly than what it means which is what Bullyboy is. We are anarchy for posisitive change.

OUR MISSION

We want to make a difference in the culture. It's not about sales, profits, chasing trends, and all that. We want to build a REAL community. We want to host events, protests, give back to the community that made us. We want everyone who supports us to feel like they are a part of a growing family and not another potential customer being brainwashed with low effort fast fashion ads.

MARKETING & CULTURE

We avoid Meta ads as much as possible cause we are all SICK of seeing these low effort ads all day long on social media.

Instead, we do guerilla marketing campaigns that can be appreciated and shared organically like wheat pasting, spray painting our car, and more.

We show what's real. The candid moments, the grunge, the hot pics, the smoking and drugs. Why would we obey corporate guidelines when the whole point of our culture is to go against them?

Everyone is fed up with these sterile/boring brands. We want to see the unfiltered lifestyle we live in.

Anarchy for positive change. We love all our neighbours. We hate the system and the oligarchs that run it all. We use anarchy to bring the community together to fight against the top in one united power :P
